Documentation developers actually trust, built with AI that earns its place.

For 18 years I have owned developer documentation for fast-moving platforms at companies like Intel and Salesforce. Most recently I designed a suite of ten AI assistants for a team of eight writers, cutting first-draft time by 80% and review cycles by 70% with no drop in editorial quality.

About

I make complicated platforms make sense.

I started writing developer documentation in 2008 and have spent most of the years since on the hard cases: inference SDKs, enterprise CX platforms, structured authoring systems, and internal tools that never had a doc team before I showed up.

At Salesforce I spent two years designing AI-assisted workflows for a documentation team. Not automation for its own sake. Targeted tools that removed the parts of the job that grind writers down, so the editorial judgment they're actually good at could go further and faster.

I work in the stack now, not just the editor. Git, Python, CI/CD, agent frameworks. That lets me build systems that fit how engineering teams actually ship.

AI tooling

Building doc pipelines with RAG, MCP agents, and constraint-bound generation.

Information architecture

Structuring large content systems so everything is findable and nothing is duplicated.

Docs-as-code

Docs that live in version control, ship with CI/CD, and review like software.

Technical writing

Developer-grade clarity for API references, SDKs, guides, and release notes.

Agentic systems

Designing multi-step AI workflows that produce consistent, auditable output at scale.

Content strategy

Content audits, taxonomy design, and doc-site IA for complex product surfaces.

What colleagues say
